Who we are
The WYSIWYG Co. ("WYSIWYG", "we", "us") is a coaching and organizational development partnership of Caroline Sugarman and Aaron Sugarman, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect the personal information you share with us through wysiwygco.com.
What we collect
Contact form. When you use the contact form we collect the details you choose to enter: your name and email address (required), your message and the kind of help you are interested in (required), and, optionally, your phone number, organization, role, location, and how you heard about us.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your message.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for this.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Where your information is stored, and who helps us handle it
We use service providers to run the site and handle messages. These may include Cloudflare (hosting, form handling and spam protection). These providers may be located outside Canada, so your information may be processed in other countries and may be subject to those countries' laws.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to the inbox and systems that receive form submissions.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal requirements to keep it. To do any of these, contact us at the address below. If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Coaching confidentiality
What you tell us in coaching sessions is governed separately by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics and your coaching agreement, not by this website policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
